If a back up should occur either inside a unit or in the sanitary sewer main in your complex, Modern Drainage is equipped to alleviate the blockage with our drain cleaning equipment or use our video camera inspection to see inside the pipe and diagnose the problem. Back ups can be caused by a number of things including paper packs, root infiltration, dips in the line, misaligned pipes or aging pipes. We also provide regular maintenance for your buildings vertical stacks and horizontal drain lines to help prevent back ups.
