Thanks to the team at modern Drainage we can relax! This is the second time you have come to our rescue. A few years ago a broken waterline caused a 20 foot high geyser in the yard. This time two faulty valves inside the house rattled our nerves. Modern Drainage diagnosed the problem when others could not, and fixed it quickly – no problem!

After two basement kitchen floods we had to get professional help. Mike from Modern Drainage, analysed the situation, made a plan and promptly dispatched machinery and his crew to our home.  They got to work with great efficiency and excavated the 9’ deep north side exposing the honey combing, apparently our problem, on the foundation. After the dimple membrane installation they modernized the drain pipe with two new cleanouts, refilled the cavity with drain rocks…

We recently required emergency plumbing and drainage services at our North Vancouver home. We used Modern Drainage Services on the recommendation of our restoration company. Every aspect of dealing with Modern was excellent. Immediate response, really solid service and a reasonable invoice at the end of it. Most importantly – everyone we came into contact with was professional and great to deal with. And my new lawn was put back together perfectly.

We have a sloping driveway and when it rained, the water ended up coming into a drain in the garage (a carport that had been enclosed by the previous owners).
